Shahril Najmiddin Muda, CA(M)

Financial and Business Excellence Advisor

He holds a bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Accounting & Financial Management from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom in 1993. He qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 1999 and became a Fellow of ACCA in 2004. He has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 2000.

His 26 years experience as a Chartered Accountant in GLCs, listed companies and private companies, coupled with vast exposure in various industries covering plantations, heavy equipment, property development, construction, automotive, shipping, trading, manufacturing and medical consultancy has gained him extensive knowledge in finance & business.

Since 2016, he was mainly involved in providing financial and business excellence advisory services to SME companies.  In 2021, he received the Productivity Champion award from the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) for his accomplishment in assisting SME companies in terms of productivity.

Syed Reza Helmy Al-Attas

Legal Advisor

Syed Reza Helmy Al-Attas holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from University of Sheffield (1993) and was admitted into the Malaysian Bar on 22ndSeptember 1995 and is a Barrister-At-Law, Lincoln’s Inn since 1994.

He is the sole-proprietor of the legal firm Messrs, Al-Attas Law Chambers. The firm specialises in Documents Drafting & Vetting; Corporate & Commercial Advisory; Estate Planning; Banking & Finance (Conventional & Islamic Financing); Conveyancing; Projects and Corporate Start Up Advisory; e-Commerce & Blockchain and Grants & Funding Advisory. He is also a Registered as an Islamic Estate Planner for As-Salihin Trustees Bhd.

In his over 25 years in various legal and other leadership roles in administrative functions, his focus has been on ensuring his employers and clients are guided by strong legal insights and understanding. He has worked across industries, from corporate and humanitarian law to Islamic Financing, fintechs and information technology, and managed areas that span negotiations to dispute resolution. 

He is also actively involved in humanitarian matters. From December 2016 until February 2021, he was the Head of Human Resources and Administration Services Department and Legal Advisor for the Malaysian Medical Relief Society (MERCY Malaysia) handling the human resources, procurement, administration and IT units for the organisation. Prior to that he was involved as Committee member for MERCY Malaysia FundraisingCommittee (2002 – 2004) and Drug Rehabilitation and Assistance Programme (2002 – 2004) and participated in Humanitarian Missions to Sri Lanka in 2003 and Bam, Iran, in 2004. He was nominated for the NST-PriceWaterhouseCoopers Young Humanitarian of the Year Award 2004.

Meet Ustaz Muhammad Hadi, Our Compassionate Ustaz.

Ustaz Muhammad Hadi, in his mid-20s, brings a deep passion for Islamic teaching to our Elderly Care Centre. Raised in Penang, he discovered this calling after his mother fell ill during his youth, fostering a profound connection to the elderly.

A graduate in Islamic & Shariah Studies from International Islamic College, Penang, Ustaz Muhammad Hadi seamlessly combines academic knowledge with heartfelt dedication. His commitment is evident in tailored sessions that provide spiritual support to our elderly residents.

Beyond teaching, Ustaz Muhammad Hadi actively engages in community outreach, reflecting his dedication to enhancing the well-being of the elderly. His role extends beyond ZACC MYTOWN, embodying values of compassion and empathy.

As a beacon of inspiration, Ustaz Muhammad Hadi enriches lives, creating a supportive community within our Elderly Care Centre. We're privileged to have him as an integral part of our team.
